The inclusive services at Prälatenhof include the South Tyrol Guest Pass, use of the saltwater pool, a parking space in the garage for cars and bicycles, bed linen, hand and bath towels, tea towels, heating, water and electricity, final cleaning, laundry facilities on request, Wi-Fi, use of the guest room, and rental of hiking backpacks, hiking poles, and sleds.

The apartments are equipped with bed linen and towels, crockery and cooking pots, a fridge with freezer compartment, filter coffee machine and espresso pot, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and microwave.

They also include a television, free Wi-Fi, safe, hair dryer in the bathroom, and a vacuum cleaner. A Sodastream is available on request for an additional charge. A travel cot, high chair, and baby monitor are available on request.

Yes, we will deliver fresh bread rolls and pastries from the bakery directly to your apartment for a fee. Orders can be placed via our guest app.

The apartments are available from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival.

Upon request, we will gladly pick you up at the train station or airport in Bolzano.

Each apartment has a parking space in the locked garage. You can also park your bicycles there.

On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the apartment by 10 a.m.

You can pay for your holiday on departure in cash (euros) or by card (Visa, Mastercard, Bancomat).

Yes, the South Tyrol Guest Pass is included in your stay at Prälatenhof. After check-in, you will receive a digital pass that allows you to use all public transport in South Tyrol.

As winegrowers, we work directly with nature. That is why sustainability is important to us. We use solar panels for hot water and generate electricity from our photovoltaic system.
