The prices apply from the age of 3 years and a minimum stay of 5 nights. For a stay of 3 or 4 nights we charge a surcharge. The price includes the accommodation including furnishings, heating, water, gas and electricity, final cleaning and all fees and taxes, with the exception of the local tax. Also included is the Südtirol Guest Pass (the nearest bus stop is approx. 200 metres from the Prälatenhof).

A local tax of € 2.00 per person and night (from 14 years) is charged for your stay in South Tyrol. This is collected on site and passed on in full to the municipality.

Is there a bread roll service?

We will deliver fresh bread rolls and pastries from the bakery to your apartment (for a fee). Orders can be placed via our guest app.

Arrival

The apartments are available from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival.

Upon request, we will gladly pick you up at the train station or airport in Bolzano.

Parking for cars and bicycles

Each apartment has a parking space in the locked garage. You can also park your bicycles there.

Departure & payment

On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the apartment by 10 a.m.

You can pay for your holiday on departure in cash (euros) or by card (Visa, Mastercard, Bancomat).

South Tyrol Guest Pass

The South Tyrol Guest Pass is included in your stay at the Prälatenhof. After check-in, you will receive a digital pass that allows you to use all public transport in South Tyrol. Further information can be found here: South Tyrol Guest Pass

Where is the nearest bus stop?

The nearest bus stop is located approx. 200 m from the Prälatenhof, on the wine route.

The product corner

At the farm, you can purchase our ‘Prälatenhof’ wine, as well as fruit spreads, dried fruit, honey and eggs from our free-range chickens. We also offer seasonal fruit and vegetables in the product corner.

Wine tastings

We are a wine farm and produce quality wine from our own vineyards. We offer weekly wine tastings.

Is there a guest room at the Prälatenhof?

Yes, there is! This can be used by our house guests. The weekly wine tastings also take place in the guest room.

What is there for children and teenagers?

At Prälatenhof, you will find various activities for children and teenagers: table football, table tennis, badminton, a book corner, painting supplies, board games and other games for indoors or outdoors.

Sustainability

As winegrowers, we work directly with nature. That's why sustainability is important to us. We use solar panels for hot water and generate electricity from our photovoltaic system. You will find the respective containers for waste separation in the garage.

There are no cancellation fees up to 30 days prior to arrival. From 30 to 7 days before arrival, wie charge 50% of the bookled stay. If you cancel 7 days or less before arrival, we will charge 80% of the booked stay. In case of late arrival or early departure, the entire price will be charged.
