In the nose, our Sauvignon Blanc offers a notable floral bouquet with the characteristic varietal aromas of elderflower and nettle accompanied by green aromas of pepperoni, tomato leaf and gooseberry. This Sauvignon Blanc is lively and fruity on the palate while having a pleasant acidity and persistent freshness.
Vineyards
The vineyards are situated in Caldaro - Pianizza di Sotto at 440 m above sea level on a calcareous, gravelly alluvial soil and in Graun - Cortaccia at 800 m a.s.l. with clayey and calcareous soils.
Food pairing
Our Sauvignon Blanc pairs excellent with starters, spiced dishes of white meat as well as fish in all forms. We especially recommend it to enjoy with asparagus dishes.
